Welcome to DIDZ.NOIR, an independent nail studio in Florentin, Tel Aviv.
These terms explain appointments, cancellations, the commercial warranty and conduct at the studio, to support a professional, safe and pleasant treatment experience.
The Hebrew wording uses feminine language for convenience and applies to all genders.
1. Treatment health and safety
a. Before treatment, tell me about allergies, sensitivities, injuries, inflammation, changes to your nails or skin, and any other condition that may affect treatment safety. Medical information unrelated to treatment is not required.
b. Do not attend with open wounds, active inflammation, infection or suspected contagious disease in the treatment area, including fungal infection. If in doubt, consult a qualified medical professional before attending.
c. I do not diagnose or treat diseases or medical conditions. If a condition appears to require medical assessment, I will recommend consulting a qualified medical professional.
d. I may adapt, postpone or stop treatment where there is a reasonable concern about your safety or the performance of the treatment, according to my professional judgment and the circumstances.
e. If treatment cannot be performed for health or safety reasons, postponement or cancellation will be considered. No separate assessment fee will be charged. Charges or deposit refunds will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
f. Health information provided will be used only to assess treatment suitability and safety, and handled in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable law.
2. Cat allergies
a. A cat lives at the studio. Cat allergens may therefore be present even when the cat is outside the treatment room.
b. If you are allergic to cats, take this into account before booking and tell me in advance if special arrangements are needed.
c. For severe allergies, consult a qualified medical professional before booking. An allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
d. If treatment cannot safely proceed due to cat sensitivity, rescheduling or cancellation will be considered according to the circumstances and applicable law.
3. Warranty and repairs
a. Renew treatment every 2–4 weeks, depending on treatment type and nail condition. Delayed renewal may reduce durability and increase the risk of breaks and damage.
b. A five-day commercial warranty from the treatment date covers all gel treatments, including extensions, fills and anatomical correction with gel polish. It covers defects originating in the work, subject to following care and maintenance instructions.
c. For lifting, peeling or another defect, send a clear photograph via WhatsApp within the warranty period. After review, a free repair will be arranged if the defect is covered.
d. The commercial warranty excludes breaks, trauma, external damage, unreasonable use of nails, and colour or design changes requested by the client. Paid repairs can be arranged in these cases.
e. Contact me about any alleged treatment defect so the case can be reviewed and an appropriate solution found. Refunds or other remedies will be provided according to the circumstances and applicable law.
f. The commercial warranty period and conditions do not limit your statutory rights.
4. Changes, cancellations and late arrivals
a. Appointments may be changed or cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours before treatment begins. This is additional to statutory cancellation rights.
b. Changes or cancellations less than 24 hours before treatment, and no-shows, may incur a fee up to the full treatment price, only where legally permitted and according to the agreed terms and circumstances. Where a statutory cancellation right applies, the relevant statutory rules and caps apply.
c. If another client fully fills the cancelled appointment, no fee will be charged under the business cancellation policy.
d. For arrivals 15 minutes or more late, I may decide to provide a shorter treatment or cancel, according to my schedule and professional judgment. Cancellation charges under this policy remain subject to law. If a shorter treatment is provided, its price will not be reduced because of the delay, insofar as legally permitted.
e. The deposit will be credited against the treatment price or lawful cancellation charges, as applicable. For a cancellation without a charge, it will be refunded.
f. A lawful outstanding cancellation or no-show charge must be settled before another appointment is booked. Repeated breaches may lead to withdrawal of booking access, subject to law.
g. If I must cancel treatment, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer a choice between an alternative appointment and a refund of sums paid for the cancelled treatment, without limiting your statutory rights.
h. Cancellation notice may be sent via WhatsApp to the number in this policy, or any other method that must be offered by law. A lawfully delivered cancellation notice does not require my personal acknowledgment to be valid.
i. These terms do not limit statutory rights, including cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection Law.
5. Appointments, deposits and payments

d. Changes and cancellations are governed by section 4, subject to law. The deposit will be credited against any lawful cancellation fee; any remainder will be refunded in accordance with law.
